mewithoutYou- Bullet To Binary Part 2

-

may you reap what you sowAll rights reserved to Tooth and Nail Records

Lyrics:

let us die, let us die!
in dying we reply
and lower our baskets down
into the open bed
of the fruit truck passing by
and we can smile at each other again
me and my cantelope friend
cast our cares at the couple of pears
put a blueberry garland on an apple bed
the apple threw our half baked fears
like a wooden shoe in the windmill gear
the turning stopped and we clearly saw
the flaws in that which finds the flaw
the strawberry said to the tangerine
“my face is red but our hats are green”
be it orchard or a curling vine
the son of yours is the Son that’s my
God…

lettuce grows, lettuce grows
in neatly sectioned beds and rows
but one day asked the gardener
to be moved to where the eggplant goes
“reason being, i must confess
i adore her shining purple dress”
as the eggplant listened in
she wasn’t offended but she wasn’t impressed
the potato called from underground
“you’ve got it all turned upside down!
does the rain that sent each spring anew
to fall on her not fall on you?
you project on her your inward scene
she’s a blank external movie screen
but the One who looks out from your eyes
looks through hers and looks through mine

we all well know
we’re gonna reap what we sow
we all well know
we’re all gonna reap what we sow
so may we old fashionably suggest
the unmarried not undress
we well know
we’re gonna reap what we sow
we all well know
we’re gonna reap what we so
we all well know
what kind of crops are gonna grow
from each time you disrespect your parents
you better hope we don’t hear it
we who know
you’re gonna reap what you sow
we all well know
we’re gonna reap what we sow
but grace, we all know
can take the place of all we owe
so why not, let’s forgive everyone everywhere everything
all the time everyone everywhere everything

all the time everyone everywhere everything

Lyrics

*verse*
Once upon a time, a kid lost in time,
No joy, no house, no after school pool
Actually, there were a house that never felt like home,
Always a bullet missing in his dad tool,
had to take care of his sibling,
putting aside his feelings.
he rejoice as soon as heard the bird sings
dreams ’bout having wings
To take him to a better world,
To a place where he can live
Place where he’ll be free
ohh, a place where he’ll be free
Brother and sister waiting at the door,
waiting for food but there was no more,
no money, High prices at the store,
Tears drop— falling on the floor,

*Chorus*
Can this truly be a dream land
For someone who never had a friend,
he needs somebody- he need somebody to see
What he really wants to see,
is a place where he can be free

*verse*
Somebody’s what he needs,
Somebody who leads the road that feeds,
from his empty soul, hiddenin an empty hole
tryna pay back from what he stole,
without someone letting him know,
making his guiltyness grow,
explode, destroy, his mind’s ’bout to blow
you reap what you sow, you reap what you sow,
Everything in his mind’s turning, he’s vision blurring
And that’s when he starts to yell::

All these days suffering alone
daily doctors on the phone
Destroying my ring tone
This pains killing me to the bone
It’s like my heart has turned to stone
I need somebody home but every road leads to rome,
King’s of my thrown,
just on my zone
No pains shown,
I’m gone, on my own,
Back to the zone again
Made myself a new friend,
one way ticket to heaven
that’s A key 47 (ak-47)
I’m on a trip for my own reason
you won’t find me next season

*Chorus*
Can this truly be a dream land
For someone who never had a friend,
he needs somebody- he need somebody to see
What he really wants to see,
is a place where he can be free(2x)

Pastor David Wilkerson – You Really Do Reap What You Sow (Pt. 3 of 4)

-

reap what you sow bibleDavid Wilkerson (May 19, 1931-April 27, 2011) was an American Christian evangelist, most well-known for his book The Cross and the Switchblade. He was also the founder of Times Square Church in New York, a non-denominational church.

Wilkerson’s widely distributed sermons, such as “A Call to Anguish,” are known for being direct and frank. He emphasized such Christian beliefs as God’s holiness and righteousness, God’s love toward humans and especially Christian views of Jesus. Wilkerson tried to avoid categorizing Christians into distinct groups according to the denomination they belong to, and as such he was an evangelist with broad appeal.

Wilkerson went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2011.
